Dravid should be out of team at any cost...He is a test player not a one day player.He is the worst/3rd class/fool captain as of now in indian history.If Dravid gets a chance in a one day team then I feel VVS Laxman must get a chance and he is much more stable player compare with Dravid against 1st ball in anywhere of the world.what i feel same team can perform far far better under any other captain like Ganguly or Yubaraj but don't call tendulkar for captaincy.India team should be like this... Remember that all young stars also got enough number of chances but they couldn't proof themself....so team must be combination of senior and junior player and coach can be anybody except chappel...if above mentioed things happen same team will perform excellent.. Girish.
