It is individual player to decide to support captain and team or self or group within team batsman's job is to get runs, specially when team is in trouble in crucial match. Dravid relied on sahcin and ganguly both failed when team required their service. can only lead by example. which is what he demonstrated today by being the top scorerdravid as batsman scored runs in crucial matches when team required not only yesterday but in previous years when ganguly was captain. but where was the service of ganguly and sachin in yesterday's match when team is required.. ganguly and sachin dhoni, yuvraj failed yesterday when team required their service for crucial match. But no big guns like ganguly and sachin did not stood up when team required their service.
