In his time there was little politics and Kaif Nehra Yuvi Vajji Laxman all were given due importance and all performed. The Captain however sud be Yuvraj. Ganguly although not captain can be more effective if given a higher status under captaincy of Yuvraaj in future. Sachin Dravid cannot be given regular chance ot block the places. They should be given chances only on the basis of Ranji games as happened to Ganguly. Ganguly should be kept at a stretch for two years to give a shape to the team irrespective of his performance. But I understand he will perform well. After two years none of Ganguly, Sachin and Dravid should be given any chance.
