It seems like Mr. Sehgal himself is desperate to stay abroad (whereever he maybe). Any post by Mr. Sehgal is full of grammatical mistakes. I guess Mr. Sehgal, you should start with your english first and than criticize your country. How about Kaplan or maybe an English 101 class in some technical/community college.
