There is a lot of likelihood of a person vomitting if there are thrusts on the abdomen area within an hour or so of a heavy meal. And if the attacker stopped according to your small brain in order that the victim vomits, the right place would be in a sink or WC, not on walls, except maybe in your case you may find a wall the right place to vomit. And for your information, as soon as the neck stoops down, vomit will flow out on its own.
