my heartiest condolence for bob,may god give his family to face the present situation.It was really a shock and i think there is much more behind his death and actually i feel that we will never come to know the exact reason for his untimely demise,i dont think its a natural death.Regarding we should not pressurise our team,i do not agree on it,if a team is representing his nation,getting more then enough money,hero worship etc etc then they should know to handle pressure and have to perform ,show killer instinct and fight,and if the player is not capable of handling these things he should stop playing cricket and search for a new carreer.well i will blame all of u i.e the whole public of india,and the MEDIA for making players superheros,supermans etc etc ,i think it should always be a performance based program,if u perform u r in and if u not u r out.name should not be important whether it is sehwag,tendulkar,dravid,ganguly etc or anyone else,if they not perform they should be out and no hype should be created by media and moreover our own dear public.I dont know whether people will understand this or not but i strongly feel that if we stop hero worship in india it will do wonders for the team and the team will always perform well.One more thing stop blaming coaches and captain of any team,in the end of the day winning or losing just depends upon those 11 members on the field and no one else so its a responsibility of each and every team member. I HOPE BOB'S DEMISE WILL TEACH A LESSON TO EVERY CRICKET PLAYING NATION .
