Bob, you have done a great service to the game of cricket. You took over the South African team and tried to make every batsman like Daryll Cullinan, every bowler like Allan Donald and every fielder like Jonty Rhodes. You created a team of great players from a bunch of bits and pieces cricketers. You really forged all-rounder cricketers like you. You taught players dedication and hard-work. You took over a Pakistani team that lacked discipline and taught them a few good things. Some people learn, some don't. I would like to take a bow at you and salute you. May your soul rest in peace.
