NO! you are wrong! That's the whole point of the article. It doesn't matter who comes first in India's group. India will be B2 regardless. And India will play Pakistan on April 15 assuming both teams qualify (it does NOT matter whether they come 1st or 2nd in their group, as long as they qualify)
