Thats the way it was announced. Infact it was a good decision by the ICC so that we can know who plays when. Its not an eye was as the author says. What if Kenya wins both its games and come first or second in the group. The idea is to atleast predict which big team plays whom and when as the group eight itself is a round robin game. So why do we need surprises when they are all going to play eachother. Infact this was done for the convenience of the public. its not ICC's mistake if you think India will top its group. Rather it makes clear abt the big matches schedule. And in this format No team has an advantage. Its advantage public.
