Agreed agarkar's case is unfortunate.But why blameit on Irfan?Why not give him a chance?why repeating the mistakes once carried out with agarkar.Do you want to create another Agarkar?You have to instill confidence in your youngsters&boost their morale.Great players are not made in a day.You have to groom thes talented youngsters for that.
