My dear friend, if we do not constantly question ourselves, the best in us cannot be brought out. If we don't critic our bad decisions we can never come up with a right decision. We can hit success only if we keep correcting and fine tuning ourselves. The difference between you and me is; I want to work for an Indian success whereas you have taken for granted Indian success. If you want to work for an Indian success, there is no merit in picking players who are past their peak or currently out of form.
