When the game requires huge support from the corporate and business houses, who r the real royal patrons of the present era, for promotion of any sports in India including cricket, is it not really ridiculous and silly to put such a cap on the number of endorsements for a player? The prpblem of India's exit from the Cup lies elsewhere not surely on the sponsors and which r known to the wise men of cricket. This is only an eyewash and slap on the fundamental rights of any citizen and so is not tenable today or tomorrow it has to roll back. BCCI, if u r serious , dela with the problem by iron hands.
