In my opinion if the players are underperforming then BCCI should not include those players in the playing eleven in the interest of the team. The BCCI should leave the endorsement issues to the companies concerned (the products endorsed). This way if players underperform consistently, they can be left out of the cricket team (by the BCCI) and will lose the endorsements (by the companies) which means that the onus would lie on the players to perform better and keep their place in the team and the endorsements running. Your comments please.
