BCCI seems to be taking things seriously now. Though thes eproposals may take years to implement completely and produce fruit. Atleast BCCI seems to be trying genuinely and hard this time.
One question is do we really need a coach for fielding and bowling? Wont this create more confusion in team (final 11) selection? Maybe BCCI should clearly let the hierarchy in support staff known. Otherwise there will be more arguments and confusion and divisions.
