coach must be sandeep patil

Gavaskar, shastri, kapil, mohinder, robin singh should be appointed as assistant coaches for different departments

seniors - sachin, ganguly, agarkar, bhaji, sehwag & dravid - should be allowed for one more year only

they should be selected in the playing eleven on the basis on performance in every 3 matches they play.
