When Chappell started Ganguly dilemma,Board should have fired the coach but no one listen.It's coach's job to prepare his team mentally,physically and morally before the match.Also he should have advised Dravid to field first during Bangladesh match.He knew he will be fired so he quit and started criticizing the players.What a pity.
