That's what I am telling.. Captain should perform but most important part of his job .. the players under him should perform well. That's the quality of a Captain.. he may not be successful as other players but he lead them on winning track. Dravid has same players.. what happend? I am not big follower of Ganguly, but the truth is.. he is most succesful captain.
