What killing of spirit you are talking about? the fellows never won any great tournaments convincingly! even in the last world cup they somehow sneaked into the super 8, only this time they could not. It is not losing we are bothered about, but losing without putting up a fight. You dont need an australian coach to break our team, it is our own inconsistencies, lack of fitness, walking into world cup behaving as if we just need to stand there in the ground for the cup to walk into our hands that did us in. Let us, indian fans, also take the blame for inflating the egos of the players who are not even anywhere near the bulky player of Ireland as far as the fielding is concerned.
