It is sad to end this way.. key takeaways are 1)India needs a Indian coach who understand indian culture, processes and politics in business, the last one is critical without which one cannot survive and the same happened to Greg b)BCCI should be run professionals who have been in sports business and not by politicians and administrators who have never played sports or have vested interest c)In a way corporate India is also responsible for making use of sportsmen for personal gains which inturn impacts players performance d) The zonal selection method needs to be scrapped. Greg is a great player and coach but somehow his style of functioning did not go well with India but it will certainly produce results in Australia. I wish Guru Greg all the best
