Want to play for ICL

Respected sir,My name is Harkamal singh,I have played cricket for local club for last 4 years.I am right handed batsman & pace bowler.Sir I would like to play for ICL.I have a lot of talent and I will prove it,so sir can u give me a chance to play for ICL & tell me the procedure to play for ICL.
