hey this is really worrying, if BCCI dont allow? but Mr.Chandra pls fight it out goahead - wat a wonderful proposal. Now here we start a new dimension of cricket. This wat my dream all these years, i mean like a soccer team - real madrid, arsenal, inter milan etc etc. now this is first like that ICL (indian cricket league).
