our big players should learn a lots of things from our captain rahul dravid.he is the only consistant player in our team.bring in kaif to make his deputy.get the younsters.all other senior players should be sacked.bring in naidu,badani,kartik,gambir,dhoni,patel,and others like irfan,rohan gavasker and other so many promising yougsters,and yuvraj too.
i think rahul dravid should pass on his legacy of calm,perseverance,and how to be gracious in defeat to the team.in ayear or two he should retire after building the team.
