In Indian team, coach has limited role I suppose because the players are so arrogant that they are not intrested to learn anything or in otherwards they do not have the brain to learn anything from anybody. They may listen whatever coach will tell but finally they will do what ever they want. Don't worry guys, india team will be like this for ever. They will continue playing with our emotions.
