Arvind - nice article but in my view mis-guided criticism

i am not for sacking chappell for his on-field performance (it has been poor but the blame is on the players also)

I am all for sacking chappell because he is unprofessional. no coach in the world will be sending SMS or emails or leaking news through 'sources'
