I agree with the article. The Coach is there to guide you and not to bat or bowl in your place. Players, especially our senoirs forget this. Please accept the mistakes to correct rather to blame others and cover up. Coach is not the one who shows his all smiling face in commercials to earn crores. We have forgotten the contract row which bothered last world cup between BCCI and our seniors. Please seniors it is time for you to change your attitude and learn from your own mistakes - not from other's.
