Good captain at the best; definitely not a bad captain

Does Niranjan Shah mean Dravid is on of the most astute captains in the world?
Dravid is a good aptain but to call him one of the "most astute" is definitley an overstatement.
But I think it is true that one loss does not make Dravid a "bad captain"
