To be a captain you need to have your head in place. To think, plan or strategise. You need an UNBIASED approach, a spirit that you are playing for the country. You need to be mature and a good player yourself. Nobody is born to do things right always. Things go wrong because of circumstances beyond your control. You are dependent on 10 other players in the team. Dravid still comes out with full marks as captain.; Who says what does not matter, but finding a person to be the captain with all these skills together other than Dravid looks a dream. Siva
