Yes you are correct a new team should be selected. But my dear it will not be whole team to me because there are young and good players existing in the present team. Their presence will be a boost to the young(Freshers) players. As you think I also agree that all the players like Tendulkar, Dravid, Ganguly, Zaheer khan, Agarkar(Agarkar should be removed at any cost) Harbhajan, kumble etc. should be removed. But I read in papers and also by many persons that Tendulkar should be made captain. I think that if this happens again the selectors will be mistaken because till the next world cup he will become old and also other senior players, again the same will be repeated for the next world cup(an early exist). To avoid that, young players should be selected so that they will learn how to play in any condition or at any place(I mean that they will become experienced).
