need to many changes to build team with commitment

1.we have to identify match fixers and players linked with bollywood stars
2.need to change the coach (dont want australian spies)
3.need to remove players who scores ducks in key matches
4.need to build the team players with commitment and determination
5.dravid,ganguly,sachin and sehwag better retire from all forms of
cricket and earn money with hotels and ads.
6.captain should be a decission maker he can't be ambiguous state
7.remove politicians from BCCI and selection commitee
