success of a captain depends upon how he can take out the best from his players. captain can't sit in the dressing room thinking ....ok ,I scored a century doesn't matter what others do !! This not captaincy. when the team got devided into 14:1 what was he doing then, doesn't he know that this way is the last way a team can win ??? or he was more interested in his "yes sir" image ??? it is not about mumbaikars kannadas or bengalis. it's about India, Indians and Indian cricketers. U r an NRI , so i am guessing u must be an educated one, this kind of parochialism is not expected at least from the educated class .
