In our country the cricketers should be developed like Australia. Strict discipline should be imposed. Advertisement by cricketers should be banned by Govt. Motivating new players and rejecting old ones ,who are not voluntarily retiring in spite of not performing should be done. Much Media interference to be avoided. Betting strictly banned. Cricket should be declared our National Game. No. of copaching centres to be opened. New form of county cricket ;20-20 introduced. Bowling coaches appointed. Old players of India prefered for coach or commentaters. Impartial selection to be done.It should be done by outside persons if possible. Fast bowlers should be developed.
