I would disagree with you. It seems you have never seen him playing. Federer is one player I believe who does not show arrogance on field (unlike Nadal and the great McEnroe). He is so calm and composed even when losing points, hardly any other tennis player can match. That is the reason he is No.1 for so many years - he has learned to control the self thereby taking control over the game. He is a class, and answers with his raquet rather than emotions or words. Indeed he is very gracious in defeat.
