Point well made..but the neo-indians, post-liberalisation brainwashed with the free-flowing MTV/ Channel V dog-shit and fed on a diet of SRK's, kareenas, hrithiks, abhisheks, aisharyas,deepikas, reshamiyas,rakhee sawants,IPL's,dhonis, bhajjis,tendulkars, gangulis,(pseudo)reality shows,sms voting, saas-bohus ,crappy music that goes by the name of hip-hop-contemporary international or whatever and even crappier news channels and tabloids where breaking news threaten to break your intelligence every time you switch them on can hardly be expected to appreciate the finer things in life whether in sports or in entertainment..a sweeping statement but this is really the dumbing down of a nation and every one - media,advertising,corporate houses - is playing its part..let's get used to the new ways of this "brave new world"
