domench got the team selection wrong. imagine the enery that france w'd have if they had sagna and clichy as fullbacks. evra is also fine, but lacks clichys energy levels. toulan is no where good as flamini and since benzema was there they shd hav gone for 4-5-1. with flamini, ribery, malouda, govou and nasri in midfeild. a flamini w'd do twice the work of a makelele.
but again domench is such a bloody lucky manager and france are slow starters. so dont write them off. romania were a very good organized team and c'd stiffle the italians and dutch. and dont write of the italians as well, anyone can go thru.
and again france are not missing zizou, they miss a good coach coz domenech is bollocks
