and also don't forget that by themselves, people will do ZERO to even help our country improve. They will NOT walk ten metres to put garbage/waste/gutka packets into a dustbin, but will throw, spit, urinate WHEREVER they feel like. It's like India is our dustbin and we shall keep only ourselves clean.
But try to enforce them to do basic stuff like cleanliness, and they will cry murder, they will say democracy is dead. And they will also say - "Tere baap ka road hai kya, jo main yahan nahin thook sakta?" Pathetic.
