WHY MOSQUES NEEDS LOUD SPEAKERS ON TOP

THEY SHOUT FIVE TIMES VERY LOUDLY AND REALLY DISTURBS DAILY. IS IT TOLD IN KURAN TO KEEP LOUDSPEAKERS ON MOSQUES AND SHOUT DAILY.
IT SHOULD BE BANNED IMMIDIATELY?
