Why west opposing bitterly but India soberly
by Rajkumar V on Apr 17, 2008 12:38 PM

West wants to increase bitterness between India and China so that both cannot cartel on products they export to west. If both contries get into a cartel the cheap products west is getting will be costlier and also this cartel will drag other developing nations in to their group thus further increasing prices. Lower costs are due to low labour wages in developing countries, cartel will allow labour wages to increase and thereby better the economic condition of labourers and provide better budget for R&D leading to new patents. In India unskilled / semiskilled wages are just Dollar30 to 50 per mth and in US it is Dollar1500 to 2000 per mth hence west imports cheap goods but exports monopoly patented products to developing countries, gaining in from both way.
