In the middle of a comforting news of India taking a 2-0 lead against Japan, at a time when the tennis fraternity of India should be really savouring the happy moments, I don't understand what is the need for this outburst now! AILTF should really caution the persons, whoever they may be, about the need to maintain some dignity and not to do anything that brings bad name to our tennis - by far a clean enough sport. In any case it is too late for Mr Leander Paes to regret what he has done in the past, no point raking up all that. It is quite often that all of us err in our judgement about one thing or the other. Please, enough of this - if you don't want to do anything with Hesh or whoever, so be it. It makes a very ugly picture when all the other members of the Indian Tennis Davis Cup Team have a hearty guffaw but one man sits with a glum face, very serious, with his own thoughts haunting him. Don't blow it out of proportion! Frankly, we are confused. One day there's a spat coming up, another day they make up, and just when we think things are fine, again there is an outburst. It's like Diwali crackers gone damp. Come on gentlemen, be a sport, and kick out the past. How can any one be a non-playing captain and guide well when one is fuming and fretting so much inside?
