Truly Humble Anand
by Rams on Oct 17, 2007 06:32 AM

There were lot of fans who hoped of Ananad winning world title during Karpov and Kasparov era itself. But Anand was unsucceful at that times. It is very very humble on the part of Anand to acknowledge the fact but that would not undermine his status as undisputed world champion. A true sportsman is more interested in beating fierce opponents than winning titles. Just like Roger Federer in Tennis. Anand, we are proud of you not just because of winning the world championship but also because of your true sportsmanship and great character.
