Why does he refuse to represent the Nation?

He does this time and again....
When Cricketers play for money (which by the way brings in 1000 times the money they are paid) there is a huge cry that they are earning too much etc.
But Vish refuses time and again to play for India or in any tournament that does not involve sizeable $s.
WHY?
