After saying Barca in front of real(even though real where champions) I think u support Barca. Its good that u think that ur team is the best and the league that u see is the best. But as far as the competitions are concerned its happening only here in England. A few years back Spanish league was the best not now. Italian league lost all its glory in the last two seasons. Even though AC Milan won champions league last season they were not even close to title holders in there division. But three English teams where present in the last four. So its pretty obvious. If u think its safe for a premier league club to score 40 points and feel safe, I think u should check whats happening with other leagues. 35 for spanish league and 36 for Italian league. I think u should really check data before u say something.
