Before helping for improvement of football we need to know ,- why Indian Govt. did not help Indian football when performance was getting better day by day before 35/40 yrs.At that time India was far better than some other Asian teams those are doing nowdays doing good because they helped/encouraged by their Govt. But Why India Govt. did not care for the improvement of football??????????????????
