What are these persons who have never played a game in their lives doing gallivanting abroad spending precious money allotted for Indian Sports? The IOA chief or the IHF chief have nothing to do with the technical aspect of sports. Why do they not stay in India attending to their other legitimate duties and let sports persons and technical experts go abroad for sports events? Apparently the Hockey Team Players were washing their own clothes while the officials accompanying them were likely enjoying in 5 Star Hotels. The least that the non playing persons accompanying the sports teams could have done is washed the Player's clothes for them.
