The F1 cars use special fuel and special engines which cause much pollution. Environmental activists should immediately move the courts for an anticipatory ban on motor racing in India. Of course, if the organizers of motor racing are willing to change the vehicles (cars motorbikes etc.) to use CNG, and prove that the emission levels are below Euro III standards, one might reconsider allowing motor racing here.
