I don't support supplying arms to Tibetan as this will escalate violence in other parts of India. We have also boundary disputes with Pakistan and we continue to negotiate and not suggest any war. The only permanent solution to Tibet issue to have talk with both the parties without escalating violence and India can be mediator and it can influence Dalai Lama.
As for as supplying arms to Pakistan and militans by China, my observation is Americans are also supplying arms to Pakistan and we support Amercians. There can't be two different judgements for a same offence.
