indian foreign policy is slowly inching forward as if there is no policy at all. after the division of ussr we should have moulded ourselves proactively but we were happy to explode a nuclear bomb. we all are aware that the tilt in this world rotate around economy and japan china have harnessed it very efficiently to their advantage. india must come up of a mind other than communists and socialistic mindset as it has not worked well across the world.as regards tibet if we r really sincere and assertive we should tell china pointblank that it is difficult to bear the burden of tibatans any more and they should get their right homeplace with time limit but this stand should come from uno and 5sc members.
