Hi mostly the hospitals are clean nowadays, as people feel they are into a unknown place and tend to follow the rules atleast while they are there...
Basically i think it needs a pure heart. And, Mr.Venkataswamy (my father had gone to him for treatment in 1960s) was a cheerful and nice person, dedicated to the cause and not money minded.
Thats the difference between the rich business person establishing a hospital and people like him.
