UN human rights security Council warned that the Sri Lanka human rights violations have reached 'havoc' level, and classified it as among countries like Somalia, Sudan, Palestine and Columbia.
The Under Secretary General for humanitarian rights said at the Council meeting, hundreds of civilians have died and been injured in Sri Lanka this year alone, mostall killed by government and it backed troops.
