Oh I agree that 2 hands are needed to clap and the people in the slums are being exploited by unscrupulous people. If you hear Rajsaheb's speech he talks about going after these people too. If you bother to listen...
As far as asking Marathi people would they be happy - of course not. But we all have faced such odds and lost jobs etc ... I am sure they will rise to the occasion just like I would.
By the way as a side note.... there are a LOT of South Indians in Maharashtra too including Kannadigas. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. ;-)
