Let us see what decision does the BJP's Central command take in the Hogenakkal Issue and Kaveri issue. This is the litmus test for BJP's Nationalism. If they fail to instruct the Karnataka BJP Government to give Tamilnadu's due share in Kaveri then it is no different from Congress.
